为合理计算大型浅仓贮料的侧压力,该文基于统一强度理论,采用静力平衡分析法,综合考虑了中间主应力、仓壁与贮料间的摩擦力以及由于锥堆产生的超压等影响,推导出大型浅仓侧压力计算公式,并与试验实测、Rankine公式和Coulomb公式进行了对比验证,探讨了统一强度理论参数、内摩擦角和贮料与仓壁间摩擦系数等影响特性。结果表明:该文计算值与试验实测值吻合较好,且计算简练;锥堆时Coulomb公式结果偏大,Rankine公式结果偏小,平堆时Coulomb公式和Rankine公式的结果均偏保守;统一强度理论参数、内摩擦角对侧压力的影响显著,贮料与仓壁间摩擦系数的影响较小。
In order to calculate the lateral pressure of large-scale shallow silo rationally, based on the unified strength theory and static balance analysis method, considering the intermediate principal stress, the friction between silo wall and storage material and the overpressure caused by cone pile The formula of lateral pressure of large-scale shallow silo was deduced and compared with experimental measurement, Rankine’s formula and Coulomb’s formula. The effects of unified strength theory parameters, internal friction angle and friction coefficient between storage material and silo wall were discussed . The results show that the calculated values are in good agreement with the experimental ones and the calculations are concise. The results of the Coulomb formula are larger when the cone is stacked and the results of the Rankine formula are smaller. The results of the Coulomb formula and the Rankine formula are both conservative when the heap is piled up. The influence of the theoretical parameters and the internal friction angle on the lateral pressure is significant, and the influence of the friction coefficient between the storage material and the silo is small.
