硝唑咪甲醇(1)与羟蒽酮(hycanthone,2_a)及硫蕙酮(lueanthone,Zb)的有效代谢产物具有同样的官能团—甲醇基(一CH_2:OH)。小鼠日本血吸虫病实验治疗的初筛结果表明,硝哇咪甲醇的治疗作用和硝哇咪不相上下,亦有较显著的杀童虫作用。
Nadiazomethanol (1) has the same functional group -methanol (CH 2: OH) as the effective metabolite of hycanthone (2_a) and lueanthone (Zb). The preliminary results of the experimental treatment of mice with schistosomiasis japonica showed that the therapeutic effect of nitromethanol was similar to that of the honey wakame and also had a significant role in killing the worms.
