2006年7月10日,农业部发布了《含腐植酸水溶肥料》(NY1106-2006)标准(简称“标准”)。该“标准”在促进我国腐植酸类肥料产业发展、提升行业技术水平、监控相关产品质量等方面都起到积极作用。但是,该“标准”出台后,腐植酸学术界和企业界对其中的腐植酸测定方法和技术指标普遍质疑,认为其在科学性和准确性上存在严重问题,甚至导致生化腐植酸生产企业陷入困境。为此,我国腐植酸类肥料产业界,特别是一批生化腐植酸肥料生产企业,纷纷要求我会积极与农业部沟通、协调,希望农业部能根据国家对标准修订的有关规定,针对确实存在的问题进行复审修订。
