会计工作达标考核验收以后,对于一个单位来说,意味着其会计工作已达到了国家规定的标准。但是具体到每个财会人员来说,是否也达到了标准呢?换句话说,在会计达标工作中有无吃大锅饭的现象呢?如果答案是存在这种现象的话,那么如何增强每个财会人员在会计达标工作中的责任感和积极性,从而做到人人达标,人人提高业务水平,搞好财会人员的自身建设?针对以上问题,我公司在会计工作达标升级中采取了将标准分解落实到人,按人考核的初步试探。
After the accounting work is approved and accepted, for an organization, it means that its accounting work has reached the national standards.
