編輯同志: 我們縣的業餘文工团,在解放初期是由学校教師组成的。一九四九年春,改組為职业文工团,这樣的确減輕了教员的負担,並提高了教學效果。但這職業的文工團僅一年就解散了,於是又組織了業餘文工团,一直維持到現在。 這個文工团的团员,百分之七十是教員,少數是机关干部。它的組織是:團長是宣传部长和文教科長;剧务由我們學校校長担任;我則担任会计並兼本校文工团小組组長;以下是团员。總人數有六十多人。 這个文工团對於教師的工作有很大的影响。每逢節庆日子,我們就要演出中型(三個钟头)以上的劇,如‘白毛女’、‘鋼骨鐵筋’等。每排演一劇就需二、三十个晚間,加以我們演技水平低,平時又不抓紧时间,以致每每在演期迫近时才开始突擊排練,把業餘工作變成了主要工作,佔用了上課時間,昼夜連排數天或几个下午时间。因此,有些教师不上課了,只是給學生隨便布置点工作就排劇去了;同時它还佔用了教师晚间处理学生作業的時 Editor’s comrades: Amateur art troupe in our county was composed of school teachers in the early days of liberation.
