采用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)作为示踪剂,观察静脉注射重组白细胞介素-2(rIL-2)后血脑屏障通透性的变化。结果发现:注射rIL-2后血脑屏障对HRP的通透性明显增加,而脑毛细血管内皮细胞结构完整。电镜结果提示这种变化与毛细血管内皮细胞的转运功能增强有关。
Horseradish peroxidase (HRP) was used as a tracer to observe the changes of blood-brain barrier permeability after intravenous injection of recombinant interleukin-2 (rIL-2). The results showed that the permeability of blood-brain barrier to HRP was significantly increased after rIL-2 injection, while the structure of brain capillary endothelial cells was intact. Electron microscopy results suggest that this change is related to enhanced transport of capillary endothelial cells.
