以ERP为主线的中国石化信息化建设,对于推进体制改革、改进业务流程、强化成本控制、规范经营行为、堵塞管理漏洞、提高管理水平等方面有着很大的促进作用。中国石化未来三年的目标是,基本建成中国石化一体化的ERP系统,股份公司主要经营管理业务都在统一的ERP系统平台上进行;让总部数据仓库和“两个体系”(绩效考核体系、成本控制体系)在总部经营管理活动中有效发挥作用。
The informatization construction of SINOPEC which takes ERP as the main line has a great promotion effect for promoting system reform, improving business process, strengthening cost control, standardizing business conduct, plugging management loopholes and improving management level. The goal of Sinopec for the next three years is to basically complete the integrated ERP system of Sinopec Corp. The main business operations of the joint-stock companies are conducted on a unified ERP system platform; and the headquarters data warehouse and the “two systems” (performance appraisal system, Cost control system) in the headquarters operations and management activities effectively play a role.
