关于西部开发问题,我的看法是:自力更生、八方求援。 现在一提西部开发,大家就猜想,国家是不是会给西部很多“倾斜”。其实,开发西部主要还是要靠西部自力更生。同时要争取东部的支持,让东部的企业到西部来办分厂,实现东、西部互补。 西部应主动、积极地去寻求机会,不要坐等“政策”。西部开发靠的是西部地区广大人民建设自己家园的毅力和恒心,不要以为国家制定了西部大开发战略,天上就会掉馅饼下来。
