为进一步提高大型变速箱壳体的压铸工艺水平,运用数值模拟技术对变速箱壳压铸工艺中充型、凝固过程进行模拟,通过数值模拟结果结合实际铸件情况,对生产中可能出现的缺陷进行预测,对缺陷产生的类型、原因进行分析。最终通过改进内浇道、调整压射速度、开设溢流槽等措施,得到最优化工艺方案,达到了减少生产中缺陷发生,提高铸件品质的目的。
In order to further improve the die casting process of large gearbox shell, numerical simulation technology was used to simulate the process of filling and solidification in gearbox shell die casting process. Based on the numerical simulation results and actual castings, the possible defects in production were predicted , The type of defects, the reasons for the analysis. Finally, by optimizing the runner, adjusting the injection speed, opening the overflow groove and other measures to get the most optimized process plan to achieve the purpose of reducing defects in production and improve the quality of castings.
