铁路行业用来加工火车轮对踏面的车床,大多是具有触点式电仿形加工的仿形车床。该车床的仿形一旦不良,加工出的轮对便会直接威胁铁路行车安全。本人通过多年维修实践摸索了一些经验,供大家参考。
The lathe used in the railroad industry for the machining of train wheel treads is mostly a copy lathe with contact-type electrical profiling. Once the lathe’s profiling is poor, the machined pair will directly threaten the traffic safety of the railway. I have worked through some years of practice to explore some of the experience for your reference.
