在实习舰无法落实的情况下,1993年起,先后对618名军医学员分别实施了为期1周的模拟实习。实习中,围绕培训合格海军军医目标,充分利用游泳池和改造后的跳水坪台模拟舰艇的特定环境,在教员指导下,组织学员进行战位救护、伤员搬运、舰救护所展开、伤员换乘和海上救护等工作程序的训练。为提高能力培养,要求学员在写好教案、讲稿的情况下,充当舰艇军医,给“舰员”上一堂卫生课和战救课。以提高他们的写作能力、语言表达能力和实际操作能力。学员们反映,教学内容仍然丰富,针对性强,体现了海上救护治疗的特点,为今后工作打下了基础。
