体育是在人们的社会生产和生活中产生和演变出来的一种社会活动,但目前我国中职院校的体育教育不仅教学管理落后而且教学功能也有退化的趋势,所以,对中职院校的体育教学进行改革和创新是大势所趋。针对此种现象,本文研究了中职院校体育教学的不良现象,分别从中职院校体育教学的现状、教学理念的创新、教学方法的改善等方面对中等职业学校的体育改革提出了一些观点和建议。
Physical education is a kind of social activity that is produced and evolves in people’s social production and life. However, at present, the physical education in vocational colleges not only lags behind the teaching management but also degenerates the teaching function. Therefore, Physical education teaching reform and innovation is the trend. In view of this kind of phenomenon, this article has studied the bad phenomenon of the physical education in the secondary vocational school, put forward some sports reforms from the aspects of the current situation of the physical education in vocational colleges, the innovation of the teaching idea, the improvement of the teaching method, Opinions and suggestions.
