家兔30只,分别用激光心肌立管重建术(LMR),结扎左室支,结扎左室支后LMR处理.结果显示正常心肌LMR前后心率和心律无明显变化(P>0.05),也无异常Q波出现,仅激光管道附近有ST段抬高、T波高耸。左室支结扎6hr时心肌用氯化硝基四氟唑兰(N—BT)染色显示,LMR有缩小心肌梗塞范围的作用,上速结果说明LMR是一种较为安全的改善心肌供血的方法,但不能完全避免心肌坏死的发生。
