在伟大领袖毛主席“教育必须为无产阶级政治服务,必须同生产劳动相结合”的方针指引下,一九七二年我们组成了工农兵教师,原有教师和工农兵学员的三结合科研小组,结合教学,认真摸索和总结水稻直播的经验,夺得早稻直播亩产1030斤,晚稻直播亩产942斤的高产。双季直播亩产共1972斤,创造了狮子山水稻直播单产的最好纪录。这是毛主席教育革命路线的伟大胜利,是教学、科研、生产三结合新体制结出的丰硕成果。现将实践中的体会简述如下:
