甜菜含糖率的高低是经济效益的重要标志,在生产实践中如何提高块根含糖率乃是十分重要的技术问题。 山东省种植甜菜已有十几年历史,全省播种面积20多万亩,平均亩产块根1—1.5吨,高者可达3吨多。然而近几年来甜菜含糖有下降趋势,特别是几个老区尤为显著。随着夏播甜菜的推广,也不能完全扭转含糖率下降的局面。因此为了提高甜菜含糖率,我们进行了一系列的调查研究工作,现就甜菜含糖的栽培技术措施,谈谈几点看法,以供生产中参考。
The level of sugar beet is an important symbol of economic benefits. It is a very important technical issue how to increase the sugar content of roots in the production practice. Beet cultivation in Shandong Province has more than 10 years of history, the province sown area of more than 20 million mu, the average yield of 1-1.5 tons per mu root block, the highest up to 3 tons. However, sugar beet has been declining in recent years, especially in several old areas. With the promotion of summer sowing beets, we can not completely reverse the decline of the sugar content. Therefore, in order to improve the sugar content of sugar beet, we conducted a series of investigation and research work. Now on sugar beet cultivation techniques and measures, to talk about the views for production reference.
