目的探讨红光治疗对四肢骨软组织肿瘤术后切口愈合情况和疼痛程度的干预效果。方法 120例四肢骨软组织肿瘤术后患者,采用随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组,各60例。对照组接受骨科常规换药治疗,干预组在对照组基础上进行红光治疗,直至伤口愈合。比较两组治疗效果。结果与对照组比较,干预组切口疼痛程度分级较轻,住院期间患者切口换药次数减少,愈合时间缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。结论四肢骨软组织肿瘤术后创面进行红光治疗能促进创面愈合,减轻患者疼痛,减少治疗费用,缩短住院时间,值得应用推广。
Objective To investigate the intervention effect of red light on incision healing and pain degree of limb soft tissue tumor after operation. Methods A total of 120 patients with limb and soft tissue tumors of the limbs were divided into intervention group and control group by random number table. The control group received orthopedic routine dressing treatment. The intervention group received red treatment on the basis of the control group until the wound was healed. Compare the treatment effect of two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the degree of incision pain in the intervention group was graded lightly, and the number of incision dressing changes and the healing time shortened during hospitalization, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 or 0.01). Conclusions The treatment of red limbs with soft tissue tumors of the extremities can promote wound healing, reduce the pain, reduce the cost of treatment and shorten the length of hospital stay, which deserves to be popularized.
