柏拉图说过:“一个人若受过真正的教育,他就是最温良最神圣的生物;但他若没受过教育或受到错误的引导,他就是世间最难驾驭的东西。”教育不是单纯的文化传递,它是一种人格心灵的唤醒,唤醒学生生命中的灵性和智慧。真正的教育就是激活学生的内驱力,对学生自我约束的教育,我们只需要给学生提供一个良好的文明氛围。润物无声的文明教育虽无痕,却有着惊人的力量,润物虽无声但能处处听雷声。怎样才能做到“润物无声”的文明教育呢?
