以高蛋白含量大豆品种东农42(试验号302)及其极矮化突变体HK11(试验号201)、高脂肪含量品种东农47(原称东农163,试验号301)及其叶绿素缺失突变体HS821(试验号48)为材料,分别从不同生育期及不同节位对叶绿素含量进行研究。结果表明:叶片所含叶绿素a/b的比值约为2.5∶1;节位、生育期不同叶绿素含量也不同,表现为,随着节位上升,叶片叶绿素含量呈不断下降趋势;从开花结荚期(7月6日)到鼓粒初期(7月26日),叶绿素含量不断增加,鼓粒初期以后,叶绿素含量不断下降。
Dongnong 42 (test No. 302) and its extremely dwarf mutant HK11 (test No. 201) with high protein content and Dongnong 47 (formerly Dongnong 163 and test No. 301) with high fat content and their chlorophyll deficient Mutant HS821 (Experiment No. 48) was used as material to study the chlorophyll content from different growth stages and different node positions. The results showed that the ratio of chlorophyll a / b in leaves was about 2.5:1, and the contents of chlorophyll in different stages and growth stages were also different. The chlorophyll content in leaves showed a declining trend with the increase of nodes. (July 6) to the initial stage of drumming (July 26), the content of chlorophyll increased continuously. After the initial stage of drumming, the content of chlorophyll decreased continuously.
