Located in Florida, USA, Cole Tower is Miami’s first sustainable building complex. It expresses the dynamic link between architecture, structural engineering and ecology and is an outstanding combination of aesthetics and sustainability. Cole Tower is a 25-story multi-purpose building that costs about $ 25,000,000, with most of the expenses spent on innovative structural designs such as photovoltaic panels, wind turbines and solar water heaters. The exterior of the Cole Building ensures structural integrity, with insulated thermal mass, patio fencing, turbo-armature, natural shelter and a relaxing veranda on the ground. It includes 20,100 square meters of office space, 5,400 square meters of retail space and 113 residential units.
