目的:观察人反义IGF-Ⅰ基因转移对抑制血管平滑肌细胞增殖的效果。方法:将反义IGF-Ⅰ基因转导至大鼠球囊损伤的颈动脉再狭窄模型中,21天后观察其对新生内膜形成的影响。结果:与对照组相比,损伤血管新生内膜/中层面积比降低了41%(P<0.001)。结论:反义人IGF-Ⅰ基因治疗可能对血管成形术后再狭窄有一定的预防作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of human antisense IGF-Ⅰ gene transfer on the inhibition of vascular smooth muscle cell proliferation. Methods: The antisense IGF-Ⅰ gene was transduced into the model of carotid artery stenosis induced by balloon injury in rats. The effect of antisense IGF-Ⅰ gene on neointima formation was observed after 21 days. Results: Compared with control group, the intima / media area ratio of injured angiogenesis decreased by 41% (P <0.001). Conclusion: Antisense human IGF-Ⅰ gene therapy may have a preventive effect on restenosis after angioplasty.
