冯登府(1783-1841),字云伯,号勺园,又号柳东,浙江嘉兴人。嘉庆二十五年进士,授福建将乐县知县,不久即离职。后任宁波府教授,上司重其才,拟荐举擢升,力辞不就。他一生以著书立说为业,搜集三家《诗》“遗说异文,疏证精密”。《清史列传》、《清儒学案》中专门立传,总结其学术;其门生史诠撰有《冯柳东先生年谱》,是了解其生平事迹较为详细的资料。
