为研究呼和浩特抽水蓄能电站蜗壳水压试验钢板应力状态,分析了#3机组蜗壳钢板应变计监测数据。监测结果显示,#3机组蜗壳钢板应力变化与水压变化具有很好的相关性,复相关系数在0.993~1.000之间。蜗壳最大水压(13.25 MPa)时钢板最大应力为194.65 MPa,低于屈服强度610 MPa;保压浇筑水压(3.235MPa)时钢板最大应力为20.73 MPa;同一内水压力时蜗壳上、下蝶边钢板应力是同断面其余部位钢板应力的1.1~1.8倍;蜗壳最大内水压力工作时,蜗壳承担3.24 MPa内水压力,蜗壳与机组结构共同承担3.36 MPa内水压力。结果表明,#3机组蜗壳钢板应力变化正常,钢板在弹性范围内工作。
In order to study the stress state of the steel plate of the volute hydrostatic test of Hohhot Pumped Storage Power Station, the monitoring data of strain gauge of the # 3 unit volute steel plate was analyzed. The monitoring results show that there is a good correlation between the stress change of the # 3 unit volute steel plate and the change of hydraulic pressure, the complex correlation coefficient is between 0.993 and 1.000. The maximum stress of the steel plate is 194.65 MPa when the maximum pressure of the volute (13.25 MPa) is lower than the yield strength of 610 MPa. The maximum stress of the steel plate under the pressure of 3.235 MPa is 20.73 MPa. The stress of the lower butterfly steel plate is 1.1 ~ 1.8 times of the steel plate stress of the rest part of the cross section; when the maximum internal water pressure of the volute works, the volute takes 3.24 MPa internal water pressure, and the volute and the unit structure jointly bear the internal water pressure of 3.36 MPa. The results show that the stress of # 3 unit volute shell steel changes normally, and the steel plate works in the elastic range.
