采用家兔活体和离体皮肤进行益灵霜皮肤吸收研究。测定结果证明:益灵霜的主要成份维生素E可以经皮肤吸收,其渗透量随时间而增加,以施药后4(活体)和8(离体)小时达高峰,离体皮肤实验显示维生素E的渗透率-时间效应呈正相关,r=0.9587,P<0.05,并表明益灵霜与20%维生素E溶液的皮肤渗透规律基本一致。证明了具有水-脂溶性的益灵霜易被皮肤吸收。本实验方法简易,材料价廉易得,值得采用。
Rabbits were used to study the skin absorption of Yiling cream using live and isolated skin. The results showed that: Vitamin E, the main ingredient of Yiling cream, can be absorbed through the skin, and its penetration increases with time, peaking at 4 (live) and 8 (ex vivo) hours after application. Ex vivo skin experiments show that vitamin E The permeability-time effect was positively correlated, r=0.9587, P<0.05, and showed that the skin penetration law of Yiling cream and 20% vitamin E solution was basically consistent. It was proved that the water-fat-soluble euxilin cream is easily absorbed by the skin. The experimental method is simple and the materials are cheap and easy to obtain. It is worth adopting.
