人事档案工作是档案工作的重要组成部分,人事档案是人力资源管理与开发利用的重要依据,是反映一个人成长历史的凭证和资料。在人事档案的内容不断扩张的同时,存在着内容的陈旧性和档案利用的局限性,在一些方面存在着明显的不适应。人事档案管理工作应转变传统的档案管理方式,去除旧的档案工作观念,使档案工作与时俱进,逐步实现人事档案“精细化”管理,提高人事档案利用率,发挥人事档案在推动企业经济发展中的作用。
