提出了产品服务流的概念,并对液压支架柱窝的功能结构和受力情况进行了分析,建立有限元模型,利用多项式的加载方法实现球形弧面的加载,计算得出了实心柱窝和十字肋薄柱窝的应力分布情况。对比分析结果表明,十字肋形薄柱窝与实心柱窝在载荷一致的条件下整体受力情况基本相同,满足使用要求,优化后的薄柱窝重量降低了约23%,实现了高质量和轻量化的设计目标。
The concept of product service flow was put forward. The functional structure and stress of hydraulic support post were analyzed. The finite element model was established. The loading of spherical arc surface was achieved by polynomial loading method. Cross-shaped thin column nest stress distribution. The results of comparative analysis show that the overall stress conditions of the cross ribbed thin column nest and the solid column nest are basically the same under the same load, and the optimized thin column nest weight is reduced by about 23%, achieving high quality and Lightweight design goals.
