随着互联网商业应用程度的拓展,从上世纪90年代开展EDI应用开始,我国电子商务发展迅速,已经步入转型期。然而我国电子商务企业发展也存在一些问题,今年十月的“淘宝商城事件”恰似一次大地震,暴露出许多问题,凸显中国电子商务转型阵痛。针对这次事件反映的部分问题,作者经过思考分析,提出了改进的策略和思路,期望抛砖引玉。
With the expansion of commercial applications of the Internet, starting from the application of EDI in the 1990s, the rapid development of e-commerce in China has entered a period of transition. However, there are also some problems in the development of e-commerce enterprises in our country. In October this year, the “Taobao Mall Incident” was just like a major earthquake that exposed many problems and highlighted the pain of the transformation of e-commerce in China. In response to some of the issues reflected in this incident, the author after thinking and analysis, put forward strategies and ideas for improvement, hoping to start a discussion.
