省政府在部署促进牧区又好又快发展工作是指出:要转变发展方式,加快推进现代生态畜牧业建设,规范生态畜牧业合作经济组织建设,大力推进生态畜牧业产业化步伐。时至今日,全省883个纯牧业村己有600多个村组建了四证三章齐全的合作社。现在的问题是如何发挥好合作社作用,使其在生态畜牧业建设中担当重任。合作社规范运行是提高牧民组织化程度,搞好生态畜牧业建设的关键。笔者通过联点实践
The provincial government in the deployment of sound and rapid development of pastoral work is to point out that: to change the mode of development, accelerate the construction of modern ecological animal husbandry, standardize the cooperative construction of ecological animal husbandry, and vigorously promote the pace of industrialization of animal husbandry.
