本文介绍一种已研制成功的交直流电压转换标准。它采用差动双热偶转换方案和直流自动平衡技术,比一般单热偶转换具有较好的热稳定性,提高了测试效率,并自动显示测试结果。设有高阻抗毫伏扩展单元,可将电压量程扩展到毫伏级,输入阻抗从几百欧提高到1兆欧。在10赫到1兆赫频段内,总不确定度为±(0.02~0.1)%。
This article describes a successful development of AC-DC voltage conversion standards. It uses differential dual thermocouple conversion scheme and DC automatic balancing technology, compared with the general single thermocouple conversion has better thermal stability, improve the test efficiency, and automatically display the test results. With a high-impedance milli-volt expansion unit, the voltage range can be extended to millivolts and the input impedance can be increased from a few hundred to a few megaohms. The total uncertainty is ± (0.02 to 0.1)% over the frequency range of 10 Hz to 1 MHz.
