以100个大白菜品种的高代自交系为试验材料,研究了种芽春化和绿体春化两种春化方式对大白菜现蕾时间、开花时间的影响。结果表明:种芽春化处理的100个大白菜品种的平均现蕾时间、开花时间比绿体春化处理分别提前了15.0d和11.5d。其中春泉大种芽春化不能使其现蕾和开花,而绿体春化则可以使其现蕾,这可能是因为参与两种春化方式调控的分子机制不同。不同冬性的大白菜品种在两种春化处理方式下,其现蕾时间、开花时间的变化趋势一致,说明两种春化方式对大白菜不同品种的影响具有通用性和一致性。
Taking 100 high-yielding inbred lines of Chinese cabbage as experimental materials, the effects of vernalization and green vernalization on the budding time and flowering time of Chinese cabbage were studied. The results showed that the average budding time and flowering time of 100 Chinese cabbage varieties treated with vernalization were 15.0 days and 11.5 days earlier than that of vernalization. Among them, the spring vernalization of spring spring can not make its budding and flowering, while the green vernalization can make it budding, which may be due to the different molecular mechanisms involved in the regulation of the two vernalization ways. The change trend of budding time and flowering time of Chinese cabbage varieties with different winterness under the two vernalization treatments showed the same trend, indicating that the two vernalization methods have commonality and consistency to different varieties of Chinese cabbage.
