近几年来,我省一些地区兴建了不少浮石混凝土大板建筑,这对寒冷地区改革传统砖墙围护结构、加快建筑工业化速度,具有十分重要的意义。然而由于在间歇采暖条件下,浮石混凝土大板建筑的外墙板(尤其是山墙板和北墙板),却出现了较为严重的结露淌水现象,使该大板建筑的推广受到了阻碍。因此,有必要分析外墙板的结露原因,迅速解决外墙板的结露问题。本文仅从浮石混凝土湿、热性能方面,来分析其外墙板产生结露的原因及防止办法。
In recent years, a number of large pumice concrete slab buildings have been built in some areas of our province, which is of great significance to the reform of traditional brick wall containment structures in the cold regions and to speed up the industrialization of buildings. However, due to the intermittent heating conditions, the exterior wall panels (especially the gable and north wall panels) of pumice concrete slabs have experienced serious condensation and drowning, which has hindered the promotion of the large slab construction. . Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the cause of condensation of the outer wall panels and quickly solve the problem of condensation of the outer wall panels. This article only analyzes the causes of the condensation of the exterior wall panels and the prevention measures from the aspects of the wet and hot properties of the pumice concrete.
