热弹性应力分析是一种比较新的和灵敏的实验应力分析技术。它是用于测量结构或零件动应力的一种非接触式和易于使用的技术。只需极少的表面准备工作,无需进一步的数据处理,即可快速地直接获得整个结构或某一部分的应力图。这一技术是用图形来表示承受机械循环载荷的结构表面的主应力之和。热弹性应力分析仪利用从结构表面的红外辐射检测出由于所加应力循环产生的温度循环。
Thermoelastic stress analysis is a relatively new and sensitive experimental stress analysis technique. It is a non-contact and easy-to-use technique for measuring the dynamic stresses of structures or parts. With very little surface preparation, there is no need for further data processing to get immediate and immediate stress maps of the entire structure or part. This technique is a graphical representation of the sum of the principal stresses on the structural surface subjected to mechanical cyclic loading. Thermoelastic stress analyzers use the infrared radiation from the surface of the structure to detect the temperature cycling due to the applied stress cycles.
