上海第二军医大学附属长海医院临床实验诊断科沈茜等,利用生物素标记pCB Ⅲ/35和pCB Ⅲ/51肠道病毒属特异性探针,对40例心肌病尸检心肌材料及5例心肌炎心内膜活检材料进行了原位杂交。 结果显示:12例(26.6%)心肌病损组织中检出肠道病毒RNA,其中5例(41.7%)与pCBⅢ/29(柯萨奇B:病毒型特异性探针)出现阳性杂交信号,表明存在COXB:特异性RNA。在对17例同时获得左右心室心肌组织的病毒RNA检出情况比较中发现,在6例检出肠道病毒RNA的病损心肌组织
