行政道德是政府工作人员必须遵守的道德行为规范。改革开放以来， 我国的行政道德失范现象日渐突出， 这不仅是由于行政体制本身存在着各种问题， 还在于对行政主体正当的物质利益补偿不足和缺乏强有力的监督制约。要解决行政道德失范的问题， 必须加快行政体制改革， 从根本上保证行政管理机制的正常运行 Administrative ethics is a code of ethical behavior that government workers must abide by. Since the reform and opening up, the phenomenon of our country’s administrative moral anomie has become increasingly prominent, not only because of the various problems existing in the administrative system itself, but also because of the inadequate compensation for the proper material benefits of the administrative body and the lack of strong supervision and restriction. To solve the problem of anomie of administrative morals, we must speed up the reform of the administrative system and fundamentally ensure the normal operation of the administrative mechanism
