如图1所示的工件,利用YB9332倒角机加工需要解决两个问题;一是工件外齿轮直径大,与机床刀具主轴箱箱体相碰,使刀具刃部不能伸入内齿轮轮齿部位;二是对刀问题,虽然机床附有倒外齿轮齿角用的对刀规,但没有倒内齿轮齿角的对刀规,该工件内齿结构基本属于盲孔形状,难以实现常用的在孔的另一端设置销子定位的方法。针对上述两个问题,我们设计了一根刀杆,同时改变了刀具柄部的形状,使原来用弹性套夹紧刀柄圆柱部份改为方头和螺钉装夹刀具,这样使刀头部位紧凑,而且结构也简单,利用了刀杆足够的长度使刀刃
