我们曾利用声强测量法对大量的10~500kW的蜗壳离心泵的声功率进行了测量·利用外壳法(an envelope method)对其进行结构传递噪声测量和空气传递噪声测量,然后将声强法和外壳法测出的结果加以对照。采用声强测量法可使外界噪音降低15dB。与原来的噪声级进行比较,对低效率离心泵的声功率值同原先的利用声强测量法可使低效离心泵的噪声功率级显著降低。造成这种情况的主要原因,就是因为对小泵进行空气传递噪声测量时,外界噪声相对较高。
We have used acoustic intensity measurements to measure the acoustic power of a large number of volute centrifugal pumps in the 10 to 500 kW range. The structure-borne noise measurements and the air-borne noise measurements were performed using an envelope method.
