目的 探讨低渗性温热化疗对小鼠腹水瘤细胞腹腔种植的影响及探索能够结合热化疗药物达到最佳疗效的灌注液介质的浓度。方法 以昆明小鼠腹水瘤为模型 ,观察不同温度、不同浓度的低渗液结合MMC抑制腹水瘤细胞的生长及其毒性作用。结果 以上方法均能破坏小鼠腹水瘤细胞 ,减少瘤细胞数量 ,抑制腹水产生 ,延长小鼠生存时间 ,S期肿瘤细胞百分率减少 ,瘤细胞DNA指数 (DI)降低 (P <0 0 5) ,且以 4 3°C重蒸溜水 (DDW )及MMC腹腔内灌注的方法疗效最佳。结论 低渗液 ,尤其是DDW结合热化疗药物行腹腔内灌注是进展期消化道肿瘤患者发生腹膜种植转移的一种新的、有效的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the effect of hypotonic warming chemotherapy on peritoneal implantation of mouse ascites tumor cells and to explore the concentration of perfusate medium that can combine with thermochemotherapy to achieve the best therapeutic effect. Methods Kunming mice ascites tumor model as a model to observe the different temperature and different concentrations of hypotonic fluid combined MMC inhibit ascitic tumor cell growth and its toxic effects. Results All the above methods could destroy the ascites tumor cells, reduce the number of tumor cells, inhibit the production of ascites, prolong the survival time of mice, decrease the percentage of tumor cells in S phase and decrease the DNA index (DI) of tumor cells (P <0.05) The best effect was achieved by intraperitoneal perfusion with 4 3 ° C DDW and MMC. Conclusion Peritoneal perfusion is a new and effective treatment for peritoneal metastasis in patients with advanced gastrointestinal cancer with hypotonic solution, especially DDW combined with thermochemotherapy.
