近年来,气动技术已在各种工业中获得广泛的应用,发展迅速,成为实现工业自,动化的主要方法之一。气动的优点是:1)成本低廉,无污染,管路压力损失小,且维护简易;2)气动的动作迅速,对瞬时反向尤为适应;3)对恶劣的工作环境仍能充分发挥作用。但气压传动存在的问题是:1)空气因有压缩性,其传递动作有较大的延迟和失真,故当载荷变化时,运动传递不够平稳;2)工作压力不能太高,且传动效率低;3)工作噪音较大。

However, the problems of pneumatic transmission are as follows: 1) Due to the compressibility of air, the transmission of air has greater delay and distortion, so when the load changes, the transmission of movement is not stable enough; 2) The working pressure can not be too high and the transmission efficiency is low ; 3) work noise is bigger.
