作者以医用硅橡胶管为根管模型,分别充填以磁性胶体根管充填材料、常用根管充填材料或为空管做对照,进行了8只家兔的皮下埋植实验。埋植后的第7天、14天、30天和90天分期处死动物观察埋植体周围组织的炎细胞浸润数、纤维包膜厚度和碱性磷酸酶、琥珀酸脱氫酶的活性变化。结果表明组织对磁性胶体根管充填料的反应轻微,磁性胶体根管充填料与组织的生物相容性优于常用根管充填材料。
The author used the medical silicon rubber tube as the root canal model, filled the magnetic colloid root canal filling material, the common root canal filling material or the empty tube as the control, and carried out the experiment of subcutaneous implantation of 8 rabbits. Animals were sacrificed on the 7th, 14th, 30th and 90th day after implantation. The number of infiltrating inflammatory cells, the thickness of fibrous capsule and the activities of alkaline phosphatase and succinate dehydrogenase were observed. The results showed that the response of the tissue to the magnetic colloid root canal filling material was slight, and the biocompatibility of the magnetic colloid root canal filling material and tissue was better than that of the commonly used root canal filling material.
