我公司一台由德国BOMAG公司购置的MPH-100型稳定土拌合机,在施工中发生前轮胎破裂;但国内没有这种轮胎,如果从国外购买,不但价格昂贵,而且需要很长时间。为此我们对这台拌合机前轮进行了改造,用国产轮胎替代进口轮胎,并取得成功,改造方案如下: 1 轮胎选型 稳定土拌合机前轮轮胎型号为11.25-24,且无内胎。可以选用国产12.00-24型轮胎替代,但必须对前轮轮辋进行改造。
Our company, a MPH-100 stabilized soil mixer purchased by Germany BOMAG Company, had a ruptured front tire during construction. However, the absence of this kind of tire in China is not only expensive but also takes a long time. To this end we have this front of the mixer modified, with imported tires instead of imported tires, and achieved success, the transformation program is as follows: 1 tire selection stability soil mixer front tire model 11.25-24, and no Inner tube.
