本文介绍了一种简单易操作的吸附量测定方法和利用本法测得的几种重要的烃类化合物在ZSM-5分子筛上的吸附数据。用朗格谬尔公式和吸附势公式对实验数据进行了拟合,发现这两个公式与实验数据之间均存在着明显的偏差。在这个基础上,本文提出了ZSM-5分子筛在吸附烃类分子时表面存在着不均匀吸附位的假设,并把这种不均匀的表面近似地看作由两种强度不同的吸附位所组成。根据这一模型,相应的吸附等温线公式可表示成两个独立的朗格谬尔公式之和。这一形式的公式能和实验数据很好地一致,表明了不均匀吸附位的假设基本上是合理的。
This paper presents a simple and easy to operate method for the determination of adsorption capacity and the adsorption data of several important hydrocarbon compounds measured by this method on ZSM-5 molecular sieve. The experimental data were fitted by Langmuir formula and adsorption potential formula and found that there was a significant deviation between the two formulas and the experimental data. On this basis, we propose the assumption that the surface of ZSM-5 molecular sieve adsorbs hydrocarbon molecules with non-uniform adsorption sites and treat this non-uniform surface approximately as two adsorption sites of different intensities . According to this model, the corresponding adsorption isotherm equation can be expressed as the sum of two independent Langmuir formulas. The formula for this form is in good agreement with the experimental data, indicating that the assumption of inhomogeneous adsorption sites is essentially justified.
