员工轮流主持由谁主持班组安全活动,是开展好班组活动应该考虑的问题之一。根据某企业调查:100%的班组安全活动由班组长或安全员主持,其中由班组长主持的安全活动占80%,由班组安全员主持的安全活动占20%。这样造成了少数职工认为安全活动是班长、安全员的事,大家只要来参加就可以了,效果并不一定好。实际上完全可以将班组安全活动主持方式进行改变,施行安全活动责任制分解,每月让班组的每个成员轮流负责一次安全活动。安全活动主题可以自拟,也可由班长列出。每月月底安全活动由班长主持,总结、评比、考核本月的安全活动开展情况,安排好下月各周安全活动主持人的顺序。这样安全活动质量不仅得到进一步提高,而且发挥了每个员工的能力和特长,提高了每位员工
