音乐教育,是中小学生在学习成长过程中必不可少的教育内容,也是中小学生全面发展的重要辅助内容,它对不断成长的中小学生的艺术观的建立、审美意识的增强、道德情操的培养、完整人格的形成起着任何一门课程不能代替的作用。随着改革开放的不断深入,我国音乐教育的内容也改变了多年以“唱歌课”为主的形态,将器乐教学纳入到整个音乐教学内容之中,这是中小学音乐教育中的一件大事,它标志着我国中小学音乐教育从此进入了一个新阶段。这项关系到全民素质提高的教育内容,在占我国人口大多数的农村中小学中是如何开展、推进、落实的?事关重大,值得关注。本文主要以河北农村中小学器乐教学现状为调查对象,找到在北方农村中小学器乐教学中存在的问题,为器乐教学中亟待解决的问题提出了建议和对策,并明确提出应在我国北方农村中小学中开设特色乐器课的构想与方案。
Music education is an indispensable educational content for primary and middle school students in the process of learning and development. It is also an important auxiliary content for the comprehensive development of primary and secondary school students. It provides a foundation for the continuous development of primary and middle school students’ artistic conception, aesthetic awareness, and moral character training. The formation of a complete personality plays a role that cannot be replaced by any course. With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, the content of China’s music education has also changed its shape based on “singing classes” for many years, and has incorporated instrumental music teaching into the entire music teaching content. This is one of the primary and secondary school music education. A major event marks the beginning of a new stage in music education for primary and secondary schools in our country. The educational content that concerns the improvement of the quality of the entire people is how to carry out, advance, and implement the rural primary and secondary schools that account for the majority of our population. This article focuses on the current status of instrumental music teaching in rural middle and primary schools in Hebei Province, finds problems in the teaching of instrumental music in rural middle and primary schools in northern China, puts forward suggestions and countermeasures for the problems that need to be solved in instrumental music teaching, and clearly puts forward that it should be used in rural areas in northern China.
