在市场经济的大环境下,事业单位实行政府采购制度的优势日益显现,这不仅能够对政府采购行为加以一定有效地规范,而且可以进一步提高政府对国民经济的决策判断的准确性。但是,由于目前中国事业单位在政府采购制度的实施时出现了不少事业单位对政府采购监管认识不足等诸多问题,从而导致这种政府采购模式的大范围推广和实施出现了不少困难。为此,本文着重对政府采购制度的意义进行了分析,并针对事业单位在实行政府采购时出现的相关问题,总结出一系列相关的建议和意见,以供中国事业单位参考。
Under the environment of market economy, the advantages of government procurement system are becoming more and more obvious. This not only can regulate the government purchasing behavior effectively and certainly, but also can further improve the accuracy of government decision-making on the national economy. However, at present, many institutions have encountered many problems, such as inadequate understanding of government procurement regulation during the implementation of the government procurement system, which led to many difficulties in popularizing and implementing this kind of government procurement model. Therefore, this paper analyzes the significance of the government procurement system, and summarizes a series of related suggestions and suggestions for the reference of the institutions in China in the light of the related problems that the institutions have when implementing government procurement.
