提出了640×480非制冷红外探测器UL04171驱动电路和焦平面器件模拟输出信号数字化的设计方法。针对UL04171探测器的工作条件,提出了偏置电压方案及满足该焦平面的双通道输出模拟信号数字化的AD模块设计。
The design method of digitalization of the analog output signal of 640 × 480 uncooled infrared detector UL04171 driver circuit and focal plane device is proposed. Aiming at the working conditions of UL04171 detector, the bias voltage scheme and the digital AD module design of dual-channel output analog signal that meets the focal plane are proposed.
