阐明了化学法制备纳米粉的热力学条件,以及如何借助于材料的腐蚀状态图(E-pH图)确定沉淀成胶条件。试验结果表明,这种方法具有简单、直观、快捷等优点, 不但可以方便地确定单组分沉淀成胶条件, 而且对多组分共沉淀条件的确定更具有其优越性, 为化学法制粉提供了理论依据。
The thermodynamic conditions for the preparation of nano-powders by chemical method are clarified, and how to determine the conditions of precipitation gel formation by means of the E-pH diagram of the material. The experimental results show that this method has the advantages of simple, intuitive and fast. It not only can determine the conditions of single-component precipitation gel easily, but also has the superiority of multi-component coprecipitation conditions, The theoretical basis.
