提出了一种新型的单层4路功率分配器.它具有各端口理想的阻抗匹配和隔离特性及相邻输出端口间90°的相位差.它由3个环形电路组成,这些环形电路均由4段传输线段和1个电阻构成.通过经典的奇偶模分析技术,得到了该模型的闭式计算公式.为了验证该设计的有效性,将其在1 GHz工作频率上进行了两次建模仿真.仿真结果表明:提出的功率分配器可以有效地产生具有90°相位差的4路输出,具有很强的工程实用性和通用性.
A new single-layer, 4-way power divider is proposed, which has the ideal impedance matching and isolation characteristics of each port and the phase difference of 90 ° between the adjacent output ports. It consists of three ring circuits consisting of 4 transmission segments and 1 resistor.The closed-form formula of the model is obtained by the classical odd-even-mode analysis technique.To verify the validity of the design, the model is modeled twice at the operating frequency of 1 GHz Simulation results show that the proposed power divider can effectively produce 4 outputs with 90 ° phase difference, which has strong engineering practicability and versatility.
