Crow-Fukase综合征是一种累及多系统的免疫性疾病。国内报道较少,现将我院两例报道如下: 例1,许△△,男,164岁,工人,住院号505215。入院前4月出现双足趾麻木且逐渐向上发展,入院前3月出现双手指麻木,四肢无力。双下肢间断出现水肿。第一次住院,内科查体双下肢凹陷性水肿。神经系统检查:双上肢远端肌力Ⅱ—Ⅲ度,双下肢远端肌力Ⅰ—Ⅱ度,近端肌力均正常。四肢远端痛触觉减退。四肢腱反射均减弱。B超检查:肝脾正常。脑脊液检查正常。肌 Crow-Fukase syndrome is a multi-systemic immune disease.
