采用沉积-扩散法,将同步冷轧和异步冷轧的Fe-3%Si薄板渗成Si含量接近6.5%的高硅钢薄板.利用X射线衍射技术测定了渗Si样品的结构和Si含量,分析了不同工艺阶段作品的织构特征。研究结果表明,具有典型冷轧织构的Fe—3%Si薄板,渗Si后形成以{120}〈001〉组分为主的η纤维织构,冷轧织构略有残留;经均匀化退火后,冷轧织构完全消失,在同步冷轧样品中{120}〈001〉组分有向{130}〈001〉组分转化的趋势,而异步冷轧样品其{120}〈001〉组分进一步增强,二者皆有少量{111}〈112〉织构组分存在
