为了加快煤矿开拓掘进,大力推广锚杆喷浆支护,河南义马矿务局试制成了SBP-1型湿式喷浆机。该机系机械拌料,风力送料。拌料和喷料为一体,可以连续喷射,工作效率高,体积小,结构紧凑,操作方便。但速凝剂掺合比例尚待进一步研究。该机结构主要由以下几部分组成: 1.料斗和密封盖。采用转动式结构,可交替配合两个搅拌筒工作,起进料和密封作用。料斗上安有进水管道。
In order to speed up the development of coal mines and promote the use of bolt shotcrete support, the Yima Mining Bureau of Henan Province has prototyped the SBP-1 wet spraying machine. The machine is a mechanical mix, wind feeding. Mixing material and spray material are integrated, and can be sprayed continuously. The work efficiency is high, the volume is small, the structure is compact, and the operation is convenient. However, the blending ratio of accelerators needs further study. The machine structure is mainly composed of the following parts: 1. The hopper and the sealing cover. With a rotating structure, it can work with two mixing drums alternately to play the role of feeding and sealing. There is an inlet pipe on the hopper.
