目的:考察白头翁总皂苷及其指标成分在不同试剂中的溶解情况,研究在各溶剂中,总皂苷溶解度、指标成分溶解度以及总皂苷分散情况三者之间的关系。方法:运用沉淀法、指标成分含量测定法、粒径测定法对总皂苷溶解度、指标成分溶解度以及混悬液粒径进行测定。结果:白头翁总皂苷及其指标成分在各溶剂中的溶解能力为甲醇>人工结肠液>人工小肠液>蒸馏水>人工胃液;混悬液粒径为人工胃液>蒸馏水>人工小肠液>人工结肠液>甲醇。结论:白头翁总皂苷及其指标成分在甲醇中溶解度较大,人工胃液中相对最小,混悬液的粒径变化趋势与溶解度变化趋势基本呈反相关。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the dissolution of Pulsatilla saponins and its components in different reagents, and to study the relationship between the solubility of total saponins, the solubility of the index components and the distribution of total saponins in each solvent. Methods: The solubility of total saponins, the solubility of the index components and the particle size of the suspension were determined by precipitation method, determination of the content of the indicator components and determination of the particle size. Results: The solubility of Pulsatilla saponin and its index components in each solvent was methanol> artificial colonic fluid> artificial intestinal fluid> distilled water> artificial gastric fluid; suspension particle size was artificial gastric fluid> distilled water> artificial intestinal fluid> artificial colonic fluid > Methanol. CONCLUSION: Pulsatilla saponins and its components are highly soluble in methanol and relatively minimal in artificial gastric juice. The trend of particle size of suspension is basically inversely correlated with the trend of solubility.
